showTooltipAtPoint
Open the tooltip for a dot programmatically. pointIndex is the category (row) index; the optional seriesIndex selects a group within that row (defaults to the first visible group's dot in the row). Returns the emitted tooltip detail, or null when no dot resolves / the tooltip is disabled.
